Surface profile matters
The bond between a coating and concrete is only as good as the surface preparation. Inadequate prep is the leading cause of coating failures — delamination, peeling and premature wear all trace back to poor adhesion.

Our surface prep methods
03.1
Diamond grinding
Walk-behind and ride-on planetary grinders with diamond tooling. Opens the concrete pores and creates consistent profiles. Ideal for coating preparation and removing surface contaminants, laitance and thin coatings.

Shot blasting
Steel shot propelled at high velocity to abrade the surface, with excellent uniformity and self-contained dust collection. Fast production rates for large floor areas.

Scarifying
A rotating drum with carbide cutters for aggressive material removal. Removes thick coatings, adhesive residues and deteriorated concrete for maximum mechanical bond.
