Food & Beverage
Commercial kitchens, food processing facilities, and cold storage require floors that handle moisture, thermal shock, and aggressive cleaning. We prepare substrates for MMA, polyurethane, and epoxy systems rated for these demanding environments.
Cold Storage Facility — Brisbane
2,400m² floor prep for polyurethane screed installation. Shot blasting to CSP4, crack repair, and moisture barrier application. Night works over 2 weeks.
Food Processing Plant — Gold Coast
1,800m² existing coating removal and recoat preparation. Diamond grinding, joint repair, and falls correction for drainage. Staged works during production shutdowns.
Commercial Kitchen — Sydney CBD
350m² tile removal and substrate prep for MMA flooring. Overnight works, ready for coating by 6am. Complete in 3 nights.
Warehousing & Logistics
Distribution centres and warehouses need floors that withstand forklift traffic, racking loads, and constant wear. We prepare large floor areas efficiently with ride-on equipment.
Distribution Centre — Acacia Ridge
8,500m² new warehouse floor prep. Grinding to CSP3, joint stabilisation, and levelling compound application. 2-week programme, on schedule.
Logistics Hub — Melbourne West
12,000m² existing floor remediation. Crack injection, spall repairs, and re-sealing preparation. Staged works across operating facility.
E-commerce Fulfilment — Brisbane Airport
4,200m² floor levelling for automated systems. SR2 tolerance achieved across entire floor. QA documentation for equipment installers.

Shopping centres and retail tenancies demand fast turnarounds and minimal disruption. We work nights and weekends to keep centres operational while preparing floors for new tenants.
Major Retailer Fit-out — Westfield Chermside
1,200m² complete strip-out and relevel. Tile removal, adhesive grinding, moisture barrier, and self-levelling compound. 5-day turnaround.
Shopping Centre Common Areas — Pacific Fair
3,500m² terrazzo preparation. Night works only, surfaces protected by 5am for trading. 3-week rolling programme.
Multi-tenancy Strip-out — Queen Street Mall
6 tenancies, 2,800m² total. Sequential strip-outs and floor prep for vinyl installation. Dust control for adjacent operating businesses.

Hospitals, clinics, and aged care facilities require strict infection control and minimal disruption to operations. We plan and execute works to maintain facility function throughout.
Hospital Ward Refurbishment — Brisbane
800m² vinyl replacement prep. Full containment, HEPA extraction, staged works by room. No disruption to adjacent operating wards.
Aged Care Facility — Sunshine Coast
1,500m² carpet removal and floor levelling. Works scheduled around resident activities. Quiet equipment for occupied areas.
