Our Surface Prep Methods
Diamond Grinding
Walk-behind and ride-on planetary grinders with diamond tooling. Opens the concrete pores and creates consistent CSP1–CSP4 profiles. Ideal for coating preparation and removing surface contaminants, laitance, and thin coatings.
Shot Blasting
Steel shot propelled at high velocity to abrade the surface. Achieves CSP3–CSP8 profiles with excellent uniformity. Self-contained dust collection. Fast production rates for large floor areas.
Scarifying
Rotating drum with carbide cutters for aggressive material removal. Removes thick coatings, adhesive residues, and deteriorated concrete. Creates CSP6–CSP10 profiles for maximum mechanical bond.
Dust-Controlled Operations
All our grinding and surface prep equipment operates with integrated dust extraction. H-class HEPA filtration captures respirable crystalline silica (RCS) at the source—protecting workers, adjacent areas, and sensitive equipment.
